I ordered a syska powerbank from Flipkart. The order was supposed to be delivered on Friday, **th October, ****. The first-day delivery guy called me and asked me to explain my address and told that he will come tomorrow. I said "okay" for that. Then on the same day he sent me a message saying that you were not reachable so we couldn't deliver your order. I didn't react much to it. I called him the next day he told he will come in the evening. But again he didn't he again sent me the same message. This time I was pissed. The other day I called him but he didn't pick my call. Again at the end of the day, I received the same message. Today I called him he rejected my call. I contacted Flipkart customer care and a customer care executive told me that my product was out for delivery and I'll receive the product by * pm. I called the delivery guy from another number he picked up I asked him to deliver it today by * pm. He told, he will deliver tomorrow. I contacted customer care again they said they will check and get back to me by **th October. This has given me a lot of stress. I ordered it for a friend for her birthday and the birthday has passed but she hasn't recieved it yet. I have had to face a lot of trouble and this is my worst experience ordering anything online.
Recently, I have got to know that now they have cancelled my product after making me wait for five days.
