DTTC courier banglore - Package not delivered

D******** is the tracking ID, transport was from vizag to Bengaluru, */**/**** they have collected the package and it has reached Bengaluru Yelahanka on *th, from there to delivery address it's hardly **kms, coustomer care guys said it will reach by end of the day, on *th, and same again today, they haven't informed where is my product, app show it's going to chamarajpet. But they are not receiving the call. When I'm I going to recieve the product, estimated date was on *th, till now I haven't received any information from your end.
