I have placed an order of lip liner pack on September **, ****. And I paid rupees *** via UPI. I got a confirmation message from Swiss beauty for my order( #******). After * days i recived a text message saying the product has been shipped. After that I didn't hear anything from either Swiss beauty and the courier service. So i tired to reach Swiss beauty via multiple platforms( email, call, what's app support) but they didn't respond anything. It's been more than a month but i haven't get any update regarding my product . It's become a mental trauma. Either i want my order or refund my money. Swiss beauty has to pay penalty for my mental illness because of their irresponsible customer care service.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
