I had provided two orders to meesho one gor a swing and another toy. They were supposed to deliver on **/**/****. However when checked it showed the delivery was done on *jan. But we didn't receive any call. Yes we did get sms but didn't check as I was not in town or accessible to my mobile. There was no support when the same was informed to meesho. The delivery was found to be made to a different address from the address mentioned in the invoice or the address to which the parcel was supposed to be delivered. The change of address did not have any suggestion from my side. So the decision for this change was the sole responsibility of meesho and I cant be penalized on this.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
