So I have ordered personalised passport covers for my sister and her husband going abroad
In the beginning I was given a message about the shipping details from bluedart . I have ordered the product on *-**-**** and was supposed to get it on **-**-****. Since there was no update about shipping, I tried calling the blue dart customer service and they have informed me that they haven’t received the package from the vendor due to some payment issue with the vendor. This is on **-**-****, *.**pm and since then I have tried calling the website no use. It says switched off
The comments on instagram were limited. Customer support through whatsapp sends automated messages. No mail was reverted back
