Parcel has been handed over to the first flight courier ltd. on *st oct, **** in tavarekere, bangalore for delivering the documents to purnia,bihar. the courier service provider promised to make it deliver after *-* days but they failed to do so. as the documents were very urgent. , so I reached to the courier service provider and they again assured me that it will be delivered by next day. but they just made fake promise and they didn't deliver it. since * month I am continuously going and asking the issue and they are not even behaving properly and giving other numbers and those numbers are also not reachable. the customer care service number provided by the company on the receipt is also not reachable. the courier service outlet is located in tavarekere , bangalore. no-one is looking after this issue and because of this issue, I am facing present loss of *,**,*** as some urgent documents were enclosed in the parcel which were original lic(life insurance corporation) papers. kindly help me out of this situation. even now the courier is not being delivered to the destination point. They are ignoring the issue.
*customer service numbers are not reachable.
They are giving each others number by saying that they are not the concerned person.
