I ordered a jersey from Football monk on March**,**** which was delivered to me on March**,****, Opening it I found the product was wrong delivered so I raised a request in ** minutes after the product was delivered. ON March** the request was accepted by Football monk and a return was arranged on March **,**** was successful. Football monk received it on April *, ****, Now Football monk is not replying on my mails and no redressal for my product or money.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
