On *rd March , they picked up the package from DDA gautampuri New Delhi for shipping to Patna ensuring three days delivery.
I paid **% advance because they insisted for full payment otherwise package won’t be delivered.
Till *th march , they repeatedly messaged me for full payment saying that delivery is done and waiting on your city warehouse.
They provided a fake site for tracking naming Nycvibe International Packers and Movers on which there is no status showing my package after *th March. ( fake phone number also on the website).
I did full payment on *th March after that no proper response from their side. Always saying your package will be delivered today , tomorrow then again today tomorrow shamelessly.
They took my package and they also took money i also told them that no company insists for full payment before delivery but they said they work in that way only.
They lie politely and shamelessly.
Lots of fake phone numbers , fake reviews on just dial , fake websites .
Till **th march , no delivery. They even threatened that my package will get delayed if i lodged an fir against them.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
