Bhargav Logistics - Package not deliverd

I booked the logistic service with Bhargav Logistic located at Dwarka New Delhi through online and call on Friday *rd Aug ****. They initially offered INR **** (all inclusive) to shifting Goodrej Chair from Noida Extension to Chandigarh.So I decided to take their service.

They sent a boy to my Noida Ext address to pickup Chair on same day *rd Aug **** and told me to pay Rs. **** as advance and rest amount (Rs ***) at the time of loading So I transferred Rs **** through online mode.

In the evening, he sent me a bill of Rs **** (Included various charges) and told me to clear the remaining balance . When I called him, he forced me to pay this amount and refused to return my Chair. I requested many time to return my Chair, but he said that you have to pay full amount .After some time he said that you Chair is on the way but I will not provide you tracking ID until payment done.
Finally I had paid all amount to him to ensure that chair had to delivered but after that he was not picking my call from last * month and not the chair has been deliverd.
I have called hime multiple times but he never respond and still my chair is not deliverd.
