I have raised a complaint and sent my product for replacement and have not received the replaced product.
I sent my product on *th june and still after a whole month have not received my product. They just keep on saying to give more time like **hours or * to * days but not receiving my product after that too.
Now the candidates of Boat are not giving me replies too they just keep the call on hold and hang up the call too.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
