Dtdc Courier Bangalore - Package Lost and reached to other location

I got my very important documents to deliver from Dehradun to Hyderabad on urgent basis using the premium delivery option by paying more than double the regular courier fee just so that it reaches on time. The branch owner in Kandoli, Dehradun (******) booked it for Bangalore (******) instead of Hyderabad (******) and has accepted his fault. He said he will try to get it delivered to Hyderabad but the official in Bangalore informed that the parcel is lost and they don't know anything about that. I have raised tickets on DTDC, mailed them and even talked to their customer care. They have not replied to mail, nor they have done a call back. I have been trying to follow up from last * days now, but there has not been any update on their website and tracking website. The owner in Dehradun told that the website has some glitches whereas the real reason is that the parcel is not even moved from Bangalore.
The parcel should have reached by **th Novemeber, and its **th. I have faced hude monetary loss of ***** + ***/- Delivery fee as the documents were needed on **th at any cost.
