Jockey - Package is lost. No refund

Order ID ********** was placed on **/**/****. The order was sent through shipdelight courier by tracking no.P********* . The courier tracking number shown the Shipment lost. As I paid online jockey Bangalore did not refund me . Customer care didn't help properly. Plz help me to refund. The attachment have all proofs.
