I am first-time customer of Safexpress, had the worst courier service experience in my life. I am shifting from Mumbai to my own town in Andhra Pradesh after my studies. I handed my luggage to safexpress on **rd Nov **** and they started shipping process on **th Nov ****. Safexpress delivered my luggage on **th Jan ****. It took almost ** days to deliver my luggage. My consignment includes original documents, passport, books (from studies) worth Rs***** and all my wardrobe. They kept my luggage at their end for ** days without even informing me what happened to it. I called customer care every other day for ** days but no one responded. The reason for this was that they lost my luggage for the whole period and responded to my calls when they try to find it after pressure from my side. Regional manager whom I talked to told me that they attempted to deliver but I was not available. When I asked for proof of his attempt, he never shared any proof because he lied to me. In this whole **-day period I had to buy everything again from clothes to bags and all the basics stuff let alone the stigma of wearing the same clothes to every social gathering. I can’t explain my agony. I take this inordinate delay and unprofessional behavior as deliberate misconduct. For all the inconvenience, anxiety and distress caused by your service and considering costs incurred by me in this period, I demand a compensation of INR **,*** taking into account the severity of the problem.
