Regarding order no. BBMB*********
I placed the order during Big Bazaar Mahabachat Sale (online) independence day sale on ** August ****.
I received the package on * September, first of all, the order was delayed, and I opened the package to see most of the items are damaged, and many other products, which I paid for, including all the B*G* ones, and others were missing. Even the box in which they sent the items was torn.
My order was worth more than RS. ****.** and they sent me only some damaged products with many missing that too in a thin cardboard box? Most of the powders (spices) were open just spilling on to other items. They didn't even use a bubble wrap to pack products. Moreover, packets of almonds and costly stuff are missing, whichever products had "buy one, get one free" offer are missing. How can they not check before sending? Whatever I received, most products are broken or packets (including big detergent powder and spices) which are open/torn.
I am not going to accept damaged goods that too less than the number of products I had ordered. Check the order list they sent to my email at the time of order placement and the invoice sent in the package. The number of products mentioned in the invoice, order list, and the received package are not the same. Even the invoice sent with the package is false - the number of products sent in the package are less than the number mentioned in that invoice - the order value total itself is different and less than what I paid.
I, as a customer, feel cheated by Big Bazaar; the Mahabachat was a joke on customers like me.
I demand that the company pick up the package as delivered from my address and either refund the full amount I paid or send me a whole fresh order package replacement. I have made several attempts to contact or get in touch with Big Bazaar people (toll-free number, Facebook complaint, email complaint, local big bazaar branch). But nothing solved my problem. The Facebook and email complaint received reply saying they are looking into the issue and resolve it. It has been * months, still no resolution.
It is my hard-earned money and this issue of online order from big bazaar has mentally upset me. Left me frustrated. I try to contact, nothing happens. I feel cheated, I don't want to lose my money.
Please help me.
