Thrillophilia - Package cancelled on last day and refund not issued

I had booked a ladakh trip for a couple for ***** and * days before the trip the agent cancelled our booking and it had been ** days and the refund has not been issued.
We have our PNR no. of booking and name of agent who defrauded us. should we disclose it here?
