MYSELF MR RAMESH KUMAR A CUSTOMER OF OYO ROOMS AGENCY BOOKED AN HOTEL WITH OYO ROOMS BY USING MY LOGIN ID WITH MOBILE NUMBER ********** WELL IN ADVANCE AT OOTY, TAMILNADU HOTEL NAME IS COLLECTION O **** ORCHID INN WHICH I BOOKED FROM ** OCT TO * OCT **** WITH BOOKING ID REFERENCE NO-YP*O**** AND I ALSO MADE PAYMENT OF RS ****/- WHICH WAS PAID ON ** SEP ** BUT ON ** OCT ** AT **:** HRS MY BOOKING WAS CANCELLED AUTOMATICALLY WHICH I CAME TO KNOW ON *TH OCT ** WHILE CHECKING THE DETAILS IN OYO ROOMS APP IN MY SMARTPHONE A DAY PRIOR TO CHECK-IN AFTER THAT I REAPETEDLY CALLED THE OYO CUSTOMER CARE MOBILE NUMBER SEVERAL TIMES FOR THE PROBLEM I FACED BUT UNFORTUNATELY DIDNT GOT ANY REPLY I MEANS MYSELF WAS SUFFERING A LOT OF DIFFICULTIES AT THAT PARTICULAR POINT OF TIME AS I HAD PLANNED EVERYTHING INCLUDING MY TRAIN RESERVATION OFFICE LEAVE AND MY FAMILY WAS ALSO WITH ME TO TRAVEL AND STAY FOR A PRE PLANNED TRIP NOW PLEASE TELL ME WHY SUCH MISCONDUCT HAPPENED WITH ME THIS WAS A TOTALLY FAILURE OF OYO ROOMS AGENCY TO PROVIDE ME THE ACCOMMODATION WHICH I REQUIRED AND WAS ALREADY BOOKED WELL IN ADVANCE TO AVOID UNWANTED TROUBLE DURING MY VISIT I PAID EXTRA RS ****/- MORE EXPENDITURE FOR BOOKING ANOTHER HOTEL WITH ADDITION TO RS ****/-WHICH I HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR THE ABOVE MENTIONED BOOKING NOW IT IS BETTER FOR YOU TO LOOK AFTER MY PROBLEM AND TO RESOLVE IT AT THE EARLIEST.
