I had very bad experience staying in Oyo - Life (Bangalore).
Some of the problems i had gone through.
*) Post confirmation on the availability of the independent room from the Oyo Life Representative i made my advance payment and on the date of check-in i was asked the property is still not with the oyo life and asked me to move to other property where i had to pay double the rent. Somehow i managed and stayed in joint room.
*) In the month of December i was locked in the apartment with all other tenants as the building owner has seized the property next day somehow we got out of the property when the oyo representative was caught and asked to break the lock and shift us to different property.
*) I was shifted to nearby property in the month of Jan'** and by Jan'** end this property also got closed and i was asked to vacate the room with one day notice and get shifted to other property or can move out and the deposit amount will be credited immediately.
*) This is the *th month I am following with their team over calls and emails but no response. When calling from random number and getting connected with their customer support the call is kept on hold or disconnected.
This is been getting to worst as I am neither contacted by their team nor responding to my emails / calls. The local supervisor is also not aware and responding now. this is *th month follow up with them.

Receiving Frequent Calls from Oyo Life. Only mistake was calling customer care number for enquiry, since yesterday I am getting their calls, It had been six calls in less than ** hours from * different numbers.
