I had booked Hotel From OYO Rooms (ID: WGWI****) and Done payment **** RS. i was connecting with hotel but no one accepting call, Connecting with Oyo customer call no OYO Customer support (**********) but no one answering. right now I came to know that hotel is close and no more providing service. again i call to customer care they told me to book another hotel and we will transfer amount but again booked different hotel (Booking id: INM*****) and Take payment of RS ****. also refund is not received for Both Bookings..
