Order was successfully placed on their website. It was a gift for someone's birthday. A day before the scheduled delivery I receive a mail stating the order cannot be delivered and hence refund is processed. Later no response was given. So I wrote a strong mail to complain against the brand and reply I received was "OK". They have not replied to whatsapp and calls.
