Pawar Surgical Hospital Hadpsarpune - Owner who is doctor not returning token amount for flat

Owner is doctor who runs her pathology in Pawar surgical hospital, hadpsar,pune, she lives in Mumbai and has flat in pune which she wanted to rent out.
I booked that flat by giving token amount of **K and while making the rent agreement, it was mutually agreed that deal needs to be cancelled. But Owner is not returning the token amount and also cut *** from rent that has been paid. She returned the deposit and rent for first month during the process of rent agreement but as the deal got cancelled, she asked to cancel the rent agreement also.She is very rude and greedy person who speaks very rough language and show pride of being doctor always.
I have taken every effort even police talked to her on this , but she is still not returning the amount which is very valuable for me but not her. She tries multiple ways to harass me but I still did not give up in trying ways to get the token back. Reaching out to voxya for help around this so that no other tenant should go under this mental stress which I am going through. I have internet banking transaction details of token amount given.
