OLX fraud by Indian Army - OVERNIGHT COURRIER FRAUD

i met this person from olx claiming that he is an indian army. he wants to sell his mobile vivo s* pro for ****. he called my whatsapp number for confirmation i pick his called and he even dressed like an indian army he said that he is having his duty in an delhi airport so i agree with his product and amount on the **/july **** he told me to send *** rupees for courrier booking without hesitation i agree to pay him through google pay his name appear in google pay is Parvin Kumar Gpay Id: parvink****@okaxis amount Rs.*** after he send me Currier receipt in my name and and address in it after he video call with me through whats app and he send me his identification proof that is indian army canteen ID and adhaar card. but on the */july/**** morning time of around **: ** am he called me that the parcel had reach to my address by overnight carrier with another number he told me to transfer amount of **** for carrier verification and so i did after half an hour i check my balance in my account it shows balance remaining only ***. and check payment activity in my google pay i see money debited all from my account with a remark as repayment, gift and ready. like this first. rs.****, ***, ****, ****,****, ****, **** ,**** total rs. *****. he called and said "if you want to get it refunded you have to transfer *****" as per indian army inc policy. after that i tried to call him but it blocked.
please help me to get refunded all my money and to put this kind of persons behind bar.
