Mobikwik - Overdue charges

I used zip Balance of rs *** and they charged around *** rs for one day default and they later on increasing the default amt for every ** days and the amount settled at rs ****. I want my additional amount of penalty charges which was so high and they didn't waive off the penalty and keep on increased the penalty amount. I want my extra money i repaid on the bill.
