Bigfoot Retail Solution Pvt Ltd - Overcharging by shiprocket for fake weight discrepancy

Bigfoot Retail Solution Pvt. Ltd. runs a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform called Shiprocket. Shiprocket is logisitics aggregator for ecoomerce merchants.
My company regularly did multiple shipments per day using Shiprocket.
We took delivery charges from customer based on what shiprocket charged us for delivery based on weight and length, breadth and height of parcel and destination pincode.
Shiprocket provides a free plan for customers which relatively higher delivery charges as compared to paid subscription plans.
One fine shiprocket upgraded us to a paid plan for free as a trial. On completion of trial their sales executive called us to upgrade to a paid plan as trial period was finished.
We refused to upgrade to a paid plan. With same week we got multiple weigh discrepancies. Which means that as per shiprocket weight, length breadth and height of parcels that we had already sent was greater than what we had declared.
Shiprocket gives an option to raise dispute but that option is totally biased.
We have weighed each and every product with upmost care. Parcels of less than ***grams are claimed to be of more than *.*kg.

Multiple such weigh discrepancy took place. We through it was because we refused to upgrade to a paid plan. Even upon upgrading we received fake weight discrepancies.

There are multiple witnesses to prove that we have not sent multiple parcels of more than *kg.

We have also audio evidence to prove our point.

What happened to us should not happen to any ecommerce seller. It is very difficult to work constantly and earn a penny by doing ecommerce business with honesty. Honesty must never be penalized.
