This mail is regarding my postpaid bill. I visited the US last month. This month when I checked my postpaid bill it was *****. When I called customer care they told me that the international roaming pack was active and I was being charged *** rupees every day and till today my pack was active. I received no message or call stating that international roaming pack was active and I was being charged. At least they could have switched me to the **** rupees pack per month. Now I'm not ready to pay ***** as my phone bill to which I'm not liable for. At least I should have received an email or phone call or message stating that this pack is active. How fair is this? They just keep activating the pack automatically and charge you for it . Airtel is the worst service provider ever. Customer care never responds properly. It is so pathetic to deal with a situation like this daily.
