The Artist Inside You store - Over charged weight reconciliation and poor services

So i have been working with shiprcket for more than * months. Delayed pickups and delivery is just the tip of the iceberg. I was upgraded to a plan promising bettter services but all i got was even more delayed and heavy prices. Now today when i checked they have charged me **** which is total sum in my wallet as weight discrepancy for almost every parcel that I booked ioin last one month. I dont how to deal with this as a new business start up
