Pernias pop up shop - Outfits not delivered and cashback on delays not refunded

Pernia’s pop up shop is a complete scam. They illegally post promises of cashback on their website and Sara from their team, even confirmed this in writing by email to us but they have no intention of actually doing so. It has been over * and a half months since placing our order and we still have not received our outfits!!! They are not only refusing to give us any cashback for the delays, they are also not refunding our money for these outfits! We had purchased a large bulk order and the few outfits that we actually did receive came with incorrect tailoring sizes! They asked us to send pictures with a measure tape, which we did but they did not accept these on the grounds they were measured inaccurately. They asked us to re-measure the outfits per their guidance, which we again did, this time using an independent tailor, but they still chose not to accept this. We have wasted enormous amounts of time and effort trying to resolve this issue. I have also spent numerous hours on the phone trying to get through to somebody who can help but again, this has been of no use. They have time and time again tried to delay resolving the issue and have not paid for any of our re-tailoring costs or cashback or refunds for the outfits we have not received!!!!
