Airtel Fibre Broadband
- OTT s not given as per the Plan Open
I have taken a Airtel New Fibre broadband connection on *th October where as per plan there is OTT’s Prime Video and Disney Hotstar to be given but till today they have not provided any resolution of the same.
I have raised the complaint/ticket of Airtel thanks also and called to their Customer care also but the resolution not provided in * days.
Ticket has been raised by me on *th October itself via Ticket id **-************* and they have provided the resolution time of ** hrs and without resolving they have closed the ticket without provided any resolution, then again I have called to their customer care number at *** and they reopened it and again they closed the ticket without resolving it, this I did almost *-* times and they continuously closing the ticket again & again and when I called them they reopened it with the promise that it will be resolved soon.
