icici bank - OTPs delivered without requests

I am getting OTPs from ICICI bank without any requests being made. It happens every day and sometimes twice a day.
It would be like "Dear Customer, XXXXXX is the OTP for your request initiated through ICICI Bank internet Banking. OTPs are SECRET. DO NOT disclose it. Bank NEVER asks for OTP.
I have not raised any request on net banking or mobile banking. Its been happening from the past a month or so. Tried many times to contact customer care or relationship manager for this, but no resolution.
