stayclassy. in - Ordered for a customised Rakhi and Mobile Cover product not delivered and no revert for the refund

Hello Team,

Had placed an order on **th July from Stayclassy.in website which is based out of Ahmedabad, they had promised to deliver the product in *-* days as was notified while placing the order. To our surprise there was no product delivery done and moreover all the medium to contact this company has been barred. Although they are very proactive on Instagram DM, but won't reply to a single query.Nor the tracking details had been shared. Just a notification for the transaction successful and order details email had been sent. Even with rigorous follow up till today no update on refund has been reverted, tried reaching them.thru several mediums but they are stubborn enough and not bothered about the messaged being sent to them. Kindly help me and several other people who have been fallen trap to this fancy and fake website which they showcase and advertise on Facebook and other platforms. Thanking you in anticipation.
