Cake ordered ** May for * June Birthday. Delivery meant to be between **-*pm. I am appalled at the horrible customer service I have received from Nisha. I have been given confidence this morning, when I called to know what time the delivery is. I was given **-*. *pm passed, I call again, Mehul picks up, assures me by * it will be there and a vendor call back will be arranged. No call back, no cake. I call at *:**pm. Nisha tells me give me half an hour vendor call back will be arranged. I tell her why are you giving false promises? Why did you tell me **-* in the morning WHERE IS THE CAKE I ordered weeks ago for? It is not *** rupee cake - it is a **** rupee investment how can you treat this as a joke? I demand a refund. She says cannot, because it is already out for delivery. Which is by the way out for delivery since * hours ago. Where is it? Give me the number of the driver, I cannot give it to you. And then hangs up on me? What the hell, Winni? I demand a solution and a manager calling me about this. It is *:**, half an hour after speaking to Nisha and the "so called" vendor is yet to call me back. What the hell?
