After placing an order for a handbag worth INR *****, the delivery timelines shared for the order were around * weeks. Around the *th week mark, the customer care agent, a brand manager by the name of 'Raj', who seems to have no online presence assured me that it would be delivered by the * week mark due to CoVid related border restrictions. The team has now stopped responding to all complaints and mails and the order status is still unchanged.
