Keveshop.com , is running as an online flash sale website. I had recently placed an order for shirts and shoes amounting to Rs.****. This order was placed on **th,Feb,**** and till date neither the order has been delivered nor is this establishment sharing any tracking details. I've go an email confirmation from them with the order details and confirmation. I've tried to reach out to their support email id and the only response that I got * days ago was to wait for *-** working days for the order to be delivered. No one has confirmed if the order has been shipped since ** Feb nor any tracking details are being shared.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
