Dominos Pizzza - Order not received

I ordered pizza on ** Aug **** at **.** order no. *** but even after more than an hour pizza still not received. I received a call from Dominos pizza @**:** and they wanted to discount me Rs. ***/- but it should be free. They denied and misbehaved. Later they sent link to canceled. Next I got a call from them and despite of checking from there end they are asking me about the case. I said you check from end what was happend and do the needful. They do not respond. Again I got call on ** Aug **** and they asking me to brief the case. I said you check. Then they are saying have you canceled order o said why should I. System is yours so you can do anything from your system. Then they offer me free pizza on ** Aug ****. I told this should be done on ** Aug **** why now. I am totally harrased by them so I want Rs. * Lacs from them. Pls hp me.
