I placed an order (groceries and fruits) in zopnow.in on Oct *nd ****. I made a payment of INR**** using google pay.
In the order, the status was pending payment and it site said it needed manual verification and would update me in ** minutes. But I have not received any confirmation on my order. I raised a query in their website too. But no response.
Now they have removed my account itself. Looks like they are scamming the money.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
