Actually I ordered head phones from boat website july ** th ****.but my money was deducted.my order also not placed.i mailed also many times.i didn't got my refund also .and i am calling daily to customer care.they all are cheating and telling lies ..i sent to company my transaction proof also .but they didn't respond.. totally i harrassed too much from this boat customer service executive persons.i want to suicide also..they are not responding properly..some times my call also blocked from customer service executives.. please solve this .one month gone. My refund not received yet. Especially customer service.they doing time pass with customers..they cheaters..
