Ordered a pair of mi buds they are not refunding the amount or fulfilling the order also. Ive sent several mail from march not even got a reply for one email. Very bad customer service. The last update from them is i got a email that my order is being awaited fulfillment after *-* days i ordered.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
