My Flower Tree - Order not delivered

We had planned a surprise party for my mom in the evening on Mother's Day occasion. I ordered cake online at around **:** am through myflowertree.com website vide online payment. The cake was scheduled to be delivered on the same day within * hrs as the website claimed. I tried calling them immediately after placing an order but couldn't reach their number. I tried calling them in the evening several times but the number wasn't reachable. The track order link provided on their website wasn't working too. Despite sending messages through email and the chat links provided there has been no response from their end. If they informed me or refused to take orders I would have made some alternative arrangement for the occasion. It was a total emotional spoiler. I am so upset. I just saw the page of myflowertree on Facebook and found like me around fifty people have been duped. I am feeling cheated. My entire day has been spoiled.
