amazon in online shopping - order not delivered

Dear Sir,
I am Dr Rajiv Kumar Mishra, **/M ordered many products but I haven’t received the three below-mentioned products and amazon is showing they delivered them. Here I want to submit that when I had this issue for the first time related to Order (Serial No *), as mentioned below, they replied they will help me and they will call me after * days but nobody called me, then again the same situation happened with below mentioned orders (serial No * & *).
*) Dashing Fabrics Pure Copper Hammered Design Copper Glass / Tumbler / Drinkware - *** ml, (Order# ***-*******-*******), Rs - ***
*) Two Bottles of HealthVit Apple Cider Vinegar with Mother of Vinegar Unfiltered - *** ml (ORDER # ***-*******-*******), Rs - ***.**
*) Tetley Long Leaf Original | All-natural Green Tea with Anti-Oxidants | Green Tea | ***g, (ORDER # ***-*******-*******) Rs – ***.**
I called to customer care they took my two mobile Nos for verification purposes but again nobody called me for any verification. So, I called many times but nobody helped me and the senior customer executive just repeated the same words many times that she can’t help related to these issues. I wonder how they did verification. I said if your delivery boy really delivered please provide me with his Mob No. or take him on call but she refused to do it.
I must submit that I am using the same address for my wife’s amazon account for a long time but no such problem has been found yet, also there is nobody in my flat except me and my wife, who can receive my orders. We don’t have guards or maidservants. So it is clearly showing that it is Amazon’s fault but they haven’t refunded or delivered these above-mentioned orders till now.
So, Sir please help me regarding these issues otherwise every online customer will not be safe. Thanks.
