I had ordered for cycle service of a cycle which I had purchased in Nov' ****, Ref SO/Jan-**/***. A time slot was taken for the service between *:**PM-*:**PM. I received a call at *:**PM saying that the person will be reaching in ** minutes. I requested that he should come by *:**PM as I would be available then for which he refused and said that the order will be cancelled.
After getting this reply< I got my cycle serviced from outside. After * days I received a call from the service agent asking for a time slot for service, for which I refused saying that I have got my service done and complained to the company. But instead of solving my problem the company has wrongly deducted cherges from my prepaid order and returning only the leftover amount. All my mails are not being attended properly by them and I am feeling cheated. I will never suggest the company product to anyone now.
