Items ordered from the affordable organic store against order no. **** on Nov ** ****. Payment of *** INR was already done while placing the order since COD option is not provided by the seller. Company claims that oders are delivered within *-* working days. However I have not yet received my order. Upon tracking the consignment, it says item on hold. Hence contacted the company through E-mail to either arrange for delivery or to refund the money. But they have stopped responding and issue is not yet resolved. Instead of helping out the customer, they ask the customer to check for the issue in delivery. Seems to be a fraud bussiness since there is no cooperation from the sellers end.
