Indiacakes.com - Order not delivered Lost my Money

I placed order on **.**.**** at **:** pm night. The amount of INR ***.**/-got debited. But i did not receive any mail or message for the order confirmation. Therefore, I sent them mail. I received mail the next morning (**.**.****) stating that the delivery address is far off and therefore make the additional payment of INR ***/-.
I mailed them regarding the same, that if this was the case, it should have been shown during the time of making payment that extra charges would be charged. I mailed them thrice, but i didn't receive any reply. For the additional payment they sent the mail but when it came to replying thing, nobody was there to reply.
Then I called the customer executive, she said that the payment needs to be done and if you want to cancel the order, you will get in the Wallet of Indiacakes and not in your account. So, I did the extra payment of ***/-
Just the confirmation mail of payment done came.
The next day, which was the delivery date (**.**.****), since morning I have been trying to call. That customer executive told me that it will reach by * pm evening. I said why you all are not sending me any kind of updates, notification, regarding the order, is it out for delivery or not,...
I told I have never seen any other company do like this.
Ferns and Petals is always prompt in keeping their customers updated about each and everything.
This fraudsters indiacakes has robbed n number of people and now I am also one of them. It is ridiculous.
She told that you have placed the order, you need to call us or do live chat and get updated regarding your order, these two options are only available.
I said, you won't update us, she said no.
Then again I called her, each time she told the same thing it will reach by * pm evening.
Again I called, she said that you will get a call or message at *pm evening that your order will be delivered or not. Like seriously, whether it will be delivered or not, what does that mean?
But I didn't receive any call at *pm, so I called them, so they said wait for more half an hour.
I called them again at around * pm, they said the order cannot be delivered now.
You will get a cancellation mail after *-* days.
You have the delivery address, everything, how can you not say this earlier that you can deliver or not?
How at * pm they said this.
I need my money back (***/-).
These are cheapesters, fraudsters, fake people.
They are eating people's money.
Even I got the number of Manit Nagrani (CEO of IndiaCakes), I messaged him on WhatsApp, the message is seen by him but he hasn't replied yet.
The whole company is a big fraud.
