I ordered a cake on May **,**** for my wife's birthday on May ** worth Rs. ****/-. The team promise to deliver the cake between **AM and *PM on May **.I am little tense on this site, so I contact their customer service via chat on the day and they said the order was prepared and will definitely delivered on time.
However, I didn't receive it nor they intimate about failing the delivery. I am trying to contact them from the next day onwards. And today is the *th consecutive day on their customer care number. The executives neither connect the call. Then I try to contact them via Facebook, their also no valid response. I tried them via email, and once they acknowledge the order is failed and they promise me to provide a voucher to purchase something else. However, they didn't sent me the voucher. Then i follow up for that. No reply at all. And to my surprise now the order is marked as delivered...
How can a company do like this to their customers.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
