Myflowerapp - Order Not Delivered and Not ready to refund

I ordered a cake for my friend on her birthday on ** May **** and the delivery didn't happen.
When I tried reaching their customer care number +** ********** which is always busy and never respond. Even I reached their voice mail & requested for refund & call back. But till date there was no response from the company.
I raised many queries in their site but no proper response received. And finally they replied stating that they can't make the refund & told that the money can only be transferred to myflowerapp wallet.
In their website they showed as the item was delivered. But the truth is they never delivered the item nor my friend received any call from them.
There are many complaints against this company on looting the customers money & promoting false information.
Request you to understand my concern properly. Not only I want them to refund my money back. But also this company has to be shutdown as they are fooling many other people in the online market.
