I had ordered a cake and chocolates for my friends birthday on April *th. They took the order but did not deliver. When I called them, they said they wouldn't deliver to that pincode. It's been almost a month and yet they havent refunded me to my bank. They gave me a coupon code which I did'nt wanted. The coupon code is unusable & fake same as their services
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
