Winni - Order not cancelled after multiple requests

I ordered cake and flowers for my wife for Valentine's Day. After order there was a msg that order might not be delivered the same day. It was not showed while ordering. I waited the whole day since there was no way to know whether the order is getting delivered the same day or not. When the order did not get delivered on the same day then i sent request to cancel the order but i got an automated reply that order will get delivered the mext day. It's already evening of the next day but order hasn't been delivered yet. Thete phone number is out of service and there is one pathetic chat option which is of no help. They have ruined my Valentine's Day and i don't have any control over the order yet.
