IndiaCake com - Order never delivered and now not providing refund

On *th Sept, I placed an order with order number #********, which was accompanied by an additional payment for expedited delivery. Your representatives assured me that despite the initial delay, the order would be delivered promptly on the agreed-upon date. Unfortunately, this promise was not upheld, and my order was never delivered on the promised date.
Subsequently, I have been diligently following up with your customer support team, on chat, mail, and calls, in an attempt to rectify this situation and obtain a refund for the amount I paid for order and the expedited delivery.
To my dismay, despite multiple follow-ups and promises of prompt resolution, the refund has not been processed to date. It has now been more than ten days since my initial request for a refund, and I find this delay completely unacceptable.
Today they provided me with a Coupon as a refund which is just half the amount I paid.
I insist on the immediate initiation of the refund process, which should be returned to the original payment method used for the transaction. I do not want a coupon as I do not want to do business with FRAUDSTERS AND SCAMMERS in the future.
