Amazon, and their delivery partner "Delhivery" - order cancelled without informing

I had ordered **inch LED Acer TV on **nd September, very first day of Amazon sale at discounted price of around Rs **** but didn't get any update after **th September and on the day of delivery **th sep they rescheduled delivery by their own and update that delivery rescheduled on costumer request. Then I contacted amazon service multiple time but didn't get valid information, they only ask to wait for **-** hours. And now when sale is over they cancelled my ordr and told me that i will get refund for the item. My issue is if they had to cancel ordr then cancel during sale, after sale price is already high and they told me to that I can reorder tv on current price. I asked them to refund currect price or reorder by yourself, but no help was provided, after wasting ** days after ordering tv and months of waiting for sale is destroyed. Even I am their amazon prime costumer. Also I tried to contact through Twitter but amazon didn't replied.
