I am not getting refund also so that I can order back. This is also my wasting of time and opportunity of ordering from restaurants which are being close as time passes. Because of your irresponsible management, I am not able to order my food. This is what Zomato works for!! Is this the service provided to the customer ?
This is to inform you that my last order has not been delivered up till now and it is cancelled (information received by the delivery boy) still I am not getting my money back and also I want to claim for damages for wasting my time. I had done an instant * complain message and no reply to the customer.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
