- Opportunity losses worth 4 lakh Open
I started staying at blossom stayz saket (j**) from *nd of April . from the very first day itself i had internet issues . internet is very important for me as i am intraday trader . with access to internet i cannot trade . following are the problems that i faced which resulted in opportunity losses worth at least * lakhs to me :
* hiding data limit facts : nowhere on the site they had mentioned there was a data limit usage of *** gb per month for an individual , if i had known i never would have rented the property .
* internet access : i was without internet for almost two weeks and when i got the internet i magically consumed *** gb internet , which i did not . this has happened to multiple occupants living there and even after raising issue with the support team , they didn't do anything .
* support team : i raised the same issue via a ticket with support team telling them it is humanly impossible for me to consume *** gb data . instead of finding out and fixing the issue and see if someone else was using my internet they closed the issue .
* horrible support team : i raised the same issue again because the issue hadn't been fixed . also support team has a horrible habit of closing tickets on their own after giving a miss call . they have done this on multiple occasions and to multiple people , instead of keeping the ticket open until the issue gets resolved .
* extorting money : when i asked them to fix the issue again instead of fixing it i was told to cough up extra money if i needed access to internet .
* begging for connectivity : as a day trader i earn my bread and butter through trading . so i either had to use my internet or ask someone else for internet . without proper access to internet i had no choice but to take penny trades , which gave me horrible returns when i could have easily made one lakh every month .
* last resort : i left a review on google telling them how horrible their service is hoping they would fix the issue but they did not after which i gave up and had to endure opportunity losses every month
* four month torture : the same ordeal repeated every month , somehow i would magically consume *** gb and i was left with no internet access and even when i did it was horrible .
* gurgaon sec ** , second hell : i couldn't take it anymore and had to move to a different property , i thought things here would be different but they were the same , internet access here is even worse , luckily this time i did not rely on them and i used my internet instead and the results are very obvious . i made twice the money this last month than last four months put together .
** refusal to pay deposit .i have no option but to leave and vacate the property otherwise i would keep losing money because of them .when i informed the company of the same i was told that i would have stay for at least * months or i will have to forfeit my deposit .
my time with blossom stayz was hellish and pure torture , agonizing and frustrating . plus i have also lost at least * lakhs because of bad service .
