Dr Nirvikalp Agrawal Brij Chikitsa Sansthan - Operation mistake by doctor

My femur got fracture in a road accident on **/**/**** .i admit in brij chikitsa sansthan on **/**/****.dr.nirvikalp Agrawal do my operation on **/**/**** and discharge me on **/**/****.i have taken all the medicines prescribed by doctor and take * months bed rest. After two months we will go to re- examine my fracture but my fracture not healed. Dr. Prescribed to remove my upper nails of rod. I have done this too. After * *month we revisit the doctor because my femur bone have too much pain and I am not able to walk with a walker. Dr. Says ur body can't generate calcium and if u want to fit early we can do ur operation that's called bone grafting .
At that time I m not able to do that operation because my financial position is low. Dr. Says no problem u take some medicines and u will be fine in *-* months .sir till now my femur position is same. So plz tell me what I can do now.
